GM Diet – Day 6
Welcome to Day 6 of your GM Diet journey! It’s super combo day! You’ll notice many wonderful changes on how you feel both inside and out. Today is about reintroducing a normal, mixed diet of foods into your system. Eat in moderation and don’t go gang busters on the amount of food. Your skin will even feel different, and you may have lost 10lbs. by now. But don’t be discouraged if you haven’t lost 10 pounds. Some variations of this diet introduce 1 cup of steamed brown rice on this day.
What do I eat?
Do: All vegetables and Beef, 1 cup of steamed brown rice (optional)
Still continue to drink 1-2 glasses of water each meal and 8- 10 for the day. You can supplement with coconut water but it may contribute to extra bloating. Try adding lemon or lime instead for flavor.
Don’t: Try not to eat potatoes or very minimal on this day.
Breakfast: 3 oz. lean ground beef with bowl of mixed vegetables or just the veggies
Lunch: leafy greens, cucumbers, tomatoes, green peppers (all raw vegetables)
Snacks: carrots and celery
Dinner: hamburger or beef kebab and vegetable soup or GM Diet soup or steamed corn and green beans
Remember: Meals can always be broken down into smaller portions and more often throughout the day to help sustain energy. Don’t forget herbs and dry seasoning can help add flavor and appeal to your food.
Exercise? Don’t forget to exercise even if it means parking in a spot far away from the grocery store door.
